This butter literally elevates everything, its delicious and its an easy way to use any herbs left in the crisper.....
Goes with everything butter (2 min job)
1 sprig Thai basil
1 sprig shallots
1 sprig coriander
1 tsp grated ginger
2 tbls butter
1/2 table spoon soy
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp white wine or rice wine vinegar
1. Chop herbs
2. Combine butter, ginger with herbs in a bowl and microwave for 45 seconds to a minute
3. Combine sesame oil, soy and vinegar
SERVE WITH ANYTHING
Spoon it over as a finishing sauce with my fave steak - our Wagyu Rump
Or have it with....
Chicken, Pork, Mushrooms even Salmon or Firm White Fish
