How it Works
We do things a bit differently to a supermarket. Here's how, and why.
1. You pick exactly what you want
Shop by the kilo or the piece, like you would at the markets. Most things are sold by weight, so you only pay for what you get. Prefer us to choose? Our seasonal box is packed with whatever's best that week.
2. Order two days ahead
Order by 2pm, two days before your delivery. We don't keep a warehouse full of stock. We buy your food after you've ordered and never before. That's the trade: a little planning for food that hasn't been sitting around.
3. We pack it fresh for your delivery
Your order is packed in our cool room on the morning of delivery, then goes out in a refrigerated van with cold packs that keep it cool on the doorstep for up to 8 hours.
4. Delivery to your door
We deliver across Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle, the Central Coast and Canberra. Pick an overnight drop (done by 7:30am, no knock) or an afternoon window (12pm to 8pm). Your delivery days depend on your postcode.
5. Leave your packaging out
Our drivers collect it on your next delivery.
6. If something's not right, tell us
Sometimes a crop isn't up to scratch, or the weather gets in first. If we can't get something good enough, we'll email you before delivery and credit you. We'd rather send nothing than send rubbish. If something arrives that isn't right, email us and we'll fix it.
