Dimples was co-founded by Carlo and Susan Lorenti, a dynamic husband-and-wife team with over 30 years of experience in the fresh produce and grocery industry. Their journey began in the bustling markets of Ashfield and later at the iconic Clayfield Markets, where they built a reputation for exceptional quality, customer service, and community involvement.
