FAQ's

Where do you deliver? We deliver all over Sydney, Central Coast, Wollongong, Newcastle, Canberra, Batemans Bay, Shoalhaven, Central West, Mid North Coast, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie

Is there a minimum order value? Yes, there is.  The minimum order value is $69.

When is the order cut off time? Cut-off time is 12 noon, two days before your delivery is due (please note, delivery days are dependant on your postcode) you can enter your postcode at check out to select the next available date for your area.

  • Tuesday deliveries: cut off 12pm Sunday
  • Wednesday deliveries: cut off 12pm Monday. 
  • Thursday deliveries:  cut-off at 12pm Tuesday
  • Friday deliveries: cut-off at 12pm Wednesday
  • Saturday deliveries: cut-off at 12pm Thursday
  • Sunday deliveries: Cut off 12pm Friday

Why is there a 2 day cut off? Because we don't let our produce sit on shelves like other stores! All our produce is picked fresh the next day, based on your order requirements, we hate waste so we don't like to hold stock. 

When do you charge me for my order? Your card will be pre-authorised and charged at checkout through the Shopify platform once your order is placed. 

When do you pack my order? We pack your order the day (or night) before your delivery to ensure you receive the freshest produce possible.

What if I need to change my order after placing it? We're happy to amend your order if changes are made before the regular cut-off time. Please SMS us or email us at hello@dimples.au

Alternatively, you can log in and add to your cart throughout the week and check out just before the cut-off time.

Is there a delivery charge? If your order is over $200, delivery is free. For orders below that amount, there are nominal charges:

  • Orders $69 - $99.99 incur a $9.99 delivery fee.
  • Orders $100 -$149.99 incur and $7.99 delivery fee
  • Orders $150 - $199.99 incur a $5.99 delivery fee
  • Orders $200+ are delivered FREE

How secure is your payment process? We use Shopify's payment gateway, the largest e-commerce platform in the world, ensuring your payment process is secure.

What time do you deliver? Do I need to be at home? Our local drivers deliver your order during the window period provided. We will text you when your order has been delivered. Your order will be packed with cold packs to ensure it can last on your doorstep for up to 8 hours. 

What should I do if my box hasn’t arrived? If your order hasn’t arrived within the delivery window, please text us ASAP or send us an email at hello@dimples.au to let us know. 

I think something is missing from my order… We aim to deliver everything as fresh as possible. Sometimes, fresh produce might not be available due to season, taste, or quality issues. If there are items we couldn’t supply, we’ll notify you via email and credit your account. If you haven't received an email , please notify us so we can rectify this asap for you. 

I need to cancel my order what should I do? You are welcome to cancel your order up until the 12pm lock off time 2 days prior to your delivery date. Unfortunately after that we source and pay for all of your produce fresh ready to deliver to you the next day. To cancel your orders before the cancellation period, please email us at hello@dimples.au

What should I do if there is a problem with any of the produce? We aim to please and leave a smile every time! Please get in touch with us at hello@dimples.au so we can rectify the situation for you.
