Recipe: 

Perfect for brushing onto prawns or serving as a dipping sauce, this herb & garlic butter is a flavour-packed addition to your BBQ.

Ingredients:

  • 100g unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with the minced garlic, chopped herbs, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then stir until well combined.
  3. Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to let the flavours meld.

How to Use:

  • For Grilling: Brush the butter generously onto the prawns as they cook for a glossy, flavourful finish.
  • For Serving: Melt the butter and drizzle over cooked prawns or serve it on the side for dipping.
