Recipe:
Perfect for brushing onto prawns or serving as a dipping sauce, this herb & garlic butter is a flavour-packed addition to your BBQ.
Ingredients:
- 100g unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with the minced garlic, chopped herbs, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then stir until well combined.
- Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to let the flavours meld.
How to Use:
- For Grilling: Brush the butter generously onto the prawns as they cook for a glossy, flavourful finish.
- For Serving: Melt the butter and drizzle over cooked prawns or serve it on the side for dipping.
