Dimples is thrilled to announce a new partnership with Tathra Place Free Range, a regenerative farm nestled in the stunning Wombeyan Caves region of New South Wales. This collaboration brings together two passionate teams— Dimples Founding team Jaeger, Claire, Carlo, Susan & Lauren, and Tathra’s Luke and Pia Winder—who share a mission to deliver ethical, nutrient-dense, farm-to-plate food to Aussie homes.
Known for its chemical-free, pasture-raised pork, lamb and beef, Tathra Place is at the forefront of regenerative agriculture. The farm raises heritage Hampshire x Duroc pigs and First Cross Dorper lambs using multi-species rotational grazing, natural cycles, and zero chemical input. Every animal is allowed to fully express its nature, and every product reflects Tathra’s dedication to restoring soil health, capturing carbon, and producing food with integrity.
“For us, this is more than a partnership—it’s a shared purpose,” says Lauren Wilson, co-founder of Dimples. “Working alongside Luke and Pia has been a joy. Their commitment to regeneration, animal welfare, and community mirrors everything we value at Dimples.”
Luke and Pia, who also run Integrity Meats in Goulburn, have long been advocates for traceable, single-origin protein. Their farm is a working model of how agriculture can heal the land and nourish people. “We’re excited to partner with a team like Dimples who gets it,” says Luke Winder. “Jaeger & the team at Dimples are bringing the message of ethical food to more families, and we’re proud to be part of that journey.”
