1 x Grass Fed Beef Mince 500g
1 x Dimples Texan Marinade
Method
1. Heat oven to 180c, cook potatoes for approx 50 mins until tender to poke with fork.
2. Brown off the mince, once browned add the texan marinade and cook for a further two mins.
3. Cut a cross in top of the potato, add a teaspoon of butter and the stuff with spoonfuls of mince so its somewhat overflowing.
Add some grated cheese and return to oven until melted.
Let everyone top with their faves - suggestions shallots or chives, sour cream, ham or bacon, if you like a little spice try this combo - sour cream, Tabasco and shallots.
