Pappardelle Chorizo Sundried tomato cream
Included ingredients
1 x Fresh Peppes Pappadelle
1 x Red Sundried Tomato Pesto 100g
1 x Chorizo 2pc
1 x Cream 300ml
1 x Mixed bunch of herbs - thyme, parsley, basil, rosemary

Method
1. Cut the chorizo into cubes more like a thick ground mince. Brown this off with a tablespoon of olive oil.
2. Once golden add the herbs (except basil) and pesto, combine for 30 seconds and then add the cream and reduce to low.
3. Boil pasta according to peppes instruction. Toss with pasta, top with torn basil and parmigianno
