Pork Rib Racks (650-700g)

Try with Sticky Asian Marinade

Give those bad boys a rub with the marinade, pop in the oven covered at 150 degrees, for 2 hours

Get home at 4pm, and have dinner on the table by 6:15pm

Serve with some beautiful Buk Choy, or Gai Lan and some white rice
