Lamb Tikka Roti Wraps

Included

8 x Roti Canai Bread
1 x Lamb Leg Butterflied 500g
1 x Tandoori Marinade
1 x Dimples Mint Raita
1 x Eshallot onions

***500g of lamb will make 4-5 wraps

Instructions

1. Toss Lamb in Marinade
2. BBQ Lamb or cook in pan over med-high heat
3. Toast the Roti Bread
4. Top the roti with, lamb, thinly sliced eschallot, mint raita and wrap it up


***Optional: Add any left over salad you want, i would keep it pretty minimal - lettuce, tomato or nothing.
