1 x Whole Chicken - cut into 8 pieces
1 x Dimples Sofrito (Homemade Paella Herb base)
1 x Paella Rice 400g
1 x Cherry Truss Tomatoes Punnet
1 x Chorizo 2 pack

3 Cups of chicken stock

Steps

1. BROWN OFF - Chorizo, chicken and then rice

Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large oven proof pan. Brown chorizo and chicken, once browned remove. Use oil left from chorizo to cook off the rice, stirring for 1 minute then and sofrito and stir for another minute.


2.  Add Remaining ingredients Pour in stock. Add the chicken and chorizo back and top with cherry truss tomatoes.

3. Into the oven for 50 mins Cook uncovered in preheated oven at 180c for 50 mins until the rice is cooked through.
