Chicken Tikka Roti Wrap

Included

8 x Roti Canai Bread
1 x Chicken Thigh Diced 500g
1 x Tandoori Marinade
1 x Dimples Mint Raita
1 x Eshallot onions

Instructions 

1. Toss Chicken in Marinade
2. Cook chicken in pan over med-high heat
3. Toast the Roti Bread
4. Top the roti with, chicken, thinly sliced eschallot, mint raita and wrap it up


***Optional: Add any left over salad you want, i would keep it pretty minimal - lettuce, tomato or nothing.
