Pumpkin with Lebanese Beef Mince and Labne

1 x Whole Jap pumpkin
1 x Beef mince 500g
1 x Dimples Lebanese marinade
1 x Labne 100g
1. Cut Pumpkins across the middle of the pumpkin. Scoop out seeds and brushed with olive oil.
2. Roast Pumpkin at 180c for 50 mins.
3. Whilst the pumpkin is cooking, brown the mince off then combine with marinade for a further two mins.
4. Once the pumpkin cooked through add the mince to top of the pumpkin. Return to oven for 5 mins, top with labne and serve.
If you want to pimp it up with stuff in cupboard or fridge
Nuts - pinenuts, pistachios or even walnuts
Spice garnish - sumak, smoked paprika or if you like chilli - chilli oil
Herb garnish - coriander, parsley or mint.
