Cucumber Sesame Salad with Ginger and Rice Wine Vinegar

2 x Tele Cucumber
1 x Mirin ginger vinegar 100g
1 x Eshallot and Sesame Seeds pack
1 x Chilli Long Red Each
1 x Mixed Asian Herb Bunch
🥗 Method

Prep the cucumbers: Slice cucumbers thinly and place in a large bowl. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, toss gently, and let sit for 5 minutes to draw out excess water. Drain any liquid.

Build the salad: Add chilli to the cucumber.

Dress it up: Drizzle with the Dimples ginger & rice wine vinegar dressing. Toss gently until everything is coated.

Top & serve: Scatter over sesame seed mix and fresh herbs (Mixed Asian bunch) coriander, mint, thai basil and finely chopped Shallots just before serving.
