Blood Plum and Red Apple Crumble

Ingredients:

  • 4 blood plums, pitted and sliced
  • 2 red apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Toss the plums and apples with sugar and cinnamon, then layer them in a baking dish.

  3. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter to make a crumble topping.

  4. Spread the crumble over the fruit and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
