
Pastured Pork Belly with Sticky Asian Marinade 2 x 200g
From the pastures of Tathra Place Free Range, this premium cut of pork belly is rich, juicy and bursting with flavour. Raised the slow way outdoors, stress-free, and with zero nasties you ll taste the difference from the very first bite.
Each pack includes a 400 500g slab of pork belly plus a pouch of our house-made Sticky Asian Marinade think soy, ginger, garlic, a hint of chilli and a sweet-savoury caramelised finish when roasted.
Cooking Instructions:
Oven-Roasted & Glazed Score the pork belly skin and pat it dry.
Preheat oven to 220 C (fan-forced).
Rub skin with salt and roast skin-side up for 30 minutes to crisp.
Reduce heat to 160 C, baste generously with the marinade and roast for another 60 90 minutes, basting halfway through.
Rest, slice, and drizzle with extra marinade.
Optional: For ultra-crispy crackling, finish under a hot grill for 3 5 minutes watch it like a hawk! Serve with steamed greens and jasmine rice or tuck into bao buns with pickled veg for a real treat
