This one-tray wonder features tender, succulent chicken, simmered in a fragrant yellow curry sauce that's mild enough for kids to enjoy but still full of rich flavour.

The best part? just pop the sauce over the chicken. Slide the tray into the oven, and you're all set. No fuss, just fresh, quality ingredients brought together in one convenient tray. Perfect for a hassle-free, wholesome dinner everyone will love!
Purchasing this item will give you 4 serves.
1. Preheat the oven to 180c. Place Chicken in our tray, skin side up. Pour sauce sachet over the chicken. Place the tray in the oven for 30 mins.
2. After 20 minutes of the chicken cooking, Remove the bag on the coconut rice, (remove the plastic and leave the lid on). Place rice in the oven to heat the rice.
3. After 30 mins, remove the chicken from the oven, add the bok choy and spoon some of the tray sauce over the top, return the tray to the oven for 5 mins, until the bok choy is wilted, we prefer a softening but crisp stem, however if you like it cooked till soft, leave in the oven for a few mins extra.
4. Serve and devour with your favourite garnishes; fried shallots, coriander, thai basil and sliced chilli.
