Soba Noodles Sizzling Beef with Bok Choy

Method

  1. Bring a pot of water to the boil. Cook the soba noodles for 4 to 5 minutes until tender, then drain and rinse under cold water.

  2. Heat a pan on high with a splash of oil. Add the beef and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until nicely browned.

  3. Add the chopped bok choy and cook for another minute until just softened.

  4. Pour in the Vietnamese caramel sauce and let it bubble for 30 seconds to coat everything.

  5. Add the cooked soba noodles and toss until everything is mixed and warmed through.

  6. Serve topped with sliced shallots and a sprinkle of dried shallots.
