Cypriot Chicken with Watermelon Cucumber and Halloumi

Chicken
1 x Chicken Tenderloins 500g
1 x Greek Marinade

Salad 
1 x Watermelon 1/2
2 x Lebanese Cucumbers
1 x Spanish onions 
1 x Halloumi

Dressing 
2 x Limes
1 x Mint Bunch

Jaeger's 1–2–3 method!

  1. Cook the chicken tenderloins in a pan until almost done, add the Greek marinade, then finish cooking and slice.

  2. Pan fry the halloumi until golden. Cut the watermelon and cucumbers into chunks, thinly slice the Spanish onion and mix them in a bowl with chopped mint.

  3. Squeeze the limes over the salad, add the warm halloumi and top with the sliced chicken. Done!
