Lebanese Marinade
Method
1. Toss potatoes, in a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper. Add potatoes to preheated oven 180c. Cook until golden.
2. Remove the potatoes from oven, toss in the Lebanese marinade. Return to the oven for 3-4 minutes.
Optional; Garnish with lemon wedges, chopped coriander and or chilli flakes
