Texan-Style Pork Rib Rack (600–700g)

This generously marinated pork rib rack is all about bold, smoky flavour and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. Slathered in our signature Texan-style BBQ marinade, it’s the ultimate crowd-pleaser – rich, sticky, and packed with smoky-sweet goodness.


How to Cook (Oven Method):

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 160°C (fan-forced).

  2. Prep the Tray: Place the marinated rib rack in a baking dish or tray. Add a splash of water, stock, or apple juice to the bottom of the tray to help create steam and keep the ribs juicy.

  3. Cover and Bake: Tightly cover the tray with foil. Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, until the meat is tender and pulls back slightly from the bones.

  4. Caramelise: Increase oven to 200°C. Remove foil, baste the ribs with the juices from the tray (or extra marinade if you’ve saved any), and bake uncovered for 10–15 minutes until the sauce bubbles and caramelises.

  5. Rest & Serve: Let the ribs rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
