Cooking Instructions (Oven Method):

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 160°C (fan-forced).

  2. Prepare Ribs: Place the marinated rib rack in a baking tray. Add a splash of apple juice, broth, or water to the tray to create a steamy environment, enhancing tenderness.

  3. Cover and Bake: Cover the tray tightly with foil to seal in moisture. Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the ribs are tender.

  4. Caramelise: Increase the oven temperature to 200°C. Remove the foil and baste the ribs with the marinade from the tray. Return to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until the glaze is sticky and caramelised.

  5. Rest and Serve: Allow the ribs to rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing between the bones. Serve with your favourite sides.
