Homemade Bolognese sauce slow cooked for 24 hours, to deliver one of Sydneys best Lasgana's

Made by Head Chef Gavin - Ex Merivale and Flying Fish Group

Made with layers of fresh egg pasta, our rich Bolognese sauce, and a decadent layer of bechamel sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.

To heat:
If frozen, cook at 180C for 60-70 minutes, if defrosted, cook for 40-50 minutes.
Needs to be oven baked before eating.

** Please note this is supplied as a FROZEN product - you can freeze on arrival or eat within 5 days of defrosting.

Lean beef, onion, carrot, celery, garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, tomato paste, tomatoes, red wine, pasta (salt, pepper, bay leaf, olive oil, pasta (eggs, wheat flour, vegetable oil, salt)), milk, mozzarella, butter, parmesan.
