Preparation
Your Kofta Mince is already seasoned and ready to cook, no mixing or marinating needed! 
Simply shape into small patties, logs, or press onto skewers.
Delivered fresh daily, best eaten within 7 days from delivery!
Cooking Methods
1. Pan Fry (Best for ease)
- 
Heat a drizzle of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. 
- 
Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, turning until browned and cooked through. 
2. Grill or BBQ (Best flavour)
- 
Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates. 
- 
Cook for 10–12 minutes total, turning occasionally until nicely charred and cooked through. 
3. Oven Bake (Less fuss)
- 
Preheat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C). 
- 
Place on a lined tray and bake for 15–18 minutes, turning halfway. 
Serving Tip
Delicious with garlic sauce, hummus, or labneh, served with our Lebanese Bread!
