Snap Frozen for Freshness
Each bun is snap frozen to lock in flavour and maintain its shape. They may begin to thaw in transit — that's completely normal. Once received, keep refrigerated and enjoy within 2–3 days.
How to Cook
Place in a medium heat, oiled pan and lightly fry for 30 sec - 1 minute.
Add 1/4 - 1/2 cup of water so that the buns are submerged in water, cover with a lid, and steam until cooked through - Approx 8-10 mins. Carefully remove the lid (as the oil may spit!) Let all the water evaporate, leaving the bottoms of the buns to crisp up.
Serve with dipping sauce. Optional: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped spring onion.
