250ml Vietnamese Spiced Lemongrass Curry Sauce
A halved, bone-in butterfly chicken ready to pop in the oven and finish in our rich, aromatic coconut curry sauce. The bones help deepen the flavour as it cooks, soaking up all the goodness of lemongrass, five spice, kaffir lime, and palm sugar.
Serve with coconut rice, veg, and a warm baguette to mop up every last drop.

Cooking Instructions – Low and Slow:

Preheat oven to 170°C

Place chicken into a pot and pour over the sauce. Cover with a lid and place in the oven for 2 hours.

Remove the lid for the final 10 minutes of cooking.
