Snap Frozen for Freshness
Each dumpling is snap frozen to lock in flavour and maintain its shape. They may begin to thaw in transit that's completely normal. Once received, keep refrigerated and enjoy within 2 3 days.

How to Cook
Steam over boiling water for 6 minutes or until piping hot. To prevent sticking, line your steamer with baking paper or cabbage leaves.
