Instructions below!
- Slice the tomato and set aside.
- Heat a pan or BBQ to high heat.
- Add the burger balls to the hot pan or grill and smash them down firmly with a spatula. Season lightly with salt if you like.
- Cook for about 2 minutes until crispy, flip, then add the burger cheese on top. Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes until cooked through and the cheese has melted.
- Optional but recommended, lightly toast or fry the milk buns cut side down until golden and crisp.
- Assemble the burgers, bun base, burger patty, tomato slices, a generous squeeze of Dimples burger sauce, then the top bun.
Serve straight away and enjoy, simple, juicy, and delicious
