Ingredients: Chilli, Fennel Seeds, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Oregano, Parsley, Pepper, Salt, Spanish Onion, Vegetable Oil, Dijon Mustard. May Contain: Soy from Vegetable Oil

Recommended cooking method!

1. Heat flat plate of bbq or pan to medium high heat.

Sear lamb off for 2-3 mins each side - until ceiled.

2. Add marinade to lamb - coating both sides well and cook the lamb until it reaches your preferred rareness.
